Location: Home Location after 2 days training in Kolkata.

Internship Description: Job Profile:

1. Definition – Carrying out test marketing activities.

2. Scope – Consumer groups in different areas across India.

3. Deliverable s – Complete Analysis of data collected through the survey and determination of following:

Strategy sales/ Network Sales.
Collecting consumer feedback and extensive analysis of consumer behavior.
Channel development.
Market Entry strategy formulation.

Duration:

After 2 day training in Kolkata candidates would relocated back to home location.
First month would be sales/ consumer behaviour analysis.
Second month you would be formulating strategy for market entry with your respective team.

Stipend: 5500 (Target Based)

Reporting to: Shift Manager

Immediate Subordinates: None.

Qualifications: 10+2 is mandatory but degree/ diploma/certificate in food production is preferred and above 18 years of age.

Work Experience: 0-3 years of experience in any field.

Core Purpose of the Job: To contribute to the customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to the customers ensuring 100% compliance with security and safety standards

Probable DOJ: First week of Oct'10

Offered Cost to the Company (CTC): Rs 6500- 9000 p.m (as on date)

Career Growth Opportunities: Based on Individual Development Plan, a production associate can become a Shift Manager in 1.5 to 2 years on merit basis.

We are a fast growing digital content distribution company started by alumni from IIT and Harvard Business School. We are looking for enterprising interns, who we are also looking to hire full time eventually, if things work out. We need interns who are comfortable using the computer and the internet. Programming experience (codecs) would be a plus but not required.

The immediate responsibility of the intern will be to interact with and collect content from already established content partners (Moser Baer, UTV etc.), encoding into desired specifications (we have software for that; scope for further enhancing the software exists), finding basic information about the content (actors, directors etc) and inputing basic information and file into database.
