Details regarding the Programme It is a General Management Programme. The course duration will be 18 Months; including 3 Semesters out of which 1st Semester involves full study. The interns will be paid Rs 25,000/- per month as stipend. This includes additional benefits such as phone   reimbursement and medical. The company will provide 6 months residence facilities for out station students. Candidates should be willing to travel and may be posted away from their home town by the company. Interns who continue with the programme for all 18 months, shall also be awarded a bonus of Rs. 30000/- Once the candidate completes the Programme, he's eligible for the 3 year Executive Program at IIM, Ahemdabad.
